Terms of guarantee
- It's a 2-year legal guarantee. We expand it one more year reguarding copper and welds.
- Reguarding products made for the client upon request and specific instructions, it's a 2-year guarantee.
- The guarantee doesn't cover damages caused by inappropriate use. (A pot burnt because there was no liquids inside during the distillation on fire, or no liquids between the walls of the Bain-Marie used on fire)
- The guarantee doesn't cover the dents and other damages.
- It doesn't cover either damages caused after cleaning the alembic with any kind of salt.
- From the day of reception, the alembic will not be changed. It will be repaired in factory. The transport fees for the reparation of any kind of damages on the alembic will be borne by the client.
