The buyer will have a period of 14 business days to resolve the contract without incurring any penalty or expense, provided that the nature of the property purchased allows it.
Within seven business days, will be computed upon receipt by the buyer of the purchased goods.
In case of withdrawal the buyer must deliver the merchandise to the carrier in perfect condition, packed in a closed and sealed packaging that covers its original packaging.
Lavelis, s.l. will return the amounts received as payment of price by credit, discounting the cost of collection at the buyer's address, and said credit will be made once the condition of the merchandise is verified, and in any case within a period not exceeding 30 days from the reception of the same.
They are excluded from the possibility of withdrawal unilateral goods made according to the buyer's specifications, or clearly personalized, and in general the products made under direct order to the manufacturer, or those that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.
If the product reached the buyer in poor condition due to transport, the buyer must indicate it on the delivery note of the carrier and notify Lavelis, sl within 24 hours of receipt. After this period, Lavelis, s.l. will not be responsible for any claim for this reason.
If the product was defective Lavelis, sl will be responsible for making the replacement of the product at no cost to the customer. If, on the other hand, the client opts for the termination of the contract, in this case the costs of collecting the items would be deducted.
