Stainless Steel Palletized IBC Containers.
The SBP Series is a range of palletized IBC tanks made of AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316 available on request), designed for the storage and transport of liquids in the food, chemical and cosmetic sectors. Available in capacities from 500 to 2,000 litres, they feature pallet truck guides and a central DN 50 discharge valve with a formed sump in the bottom. The quick-release lever manway cover, satin-finished exterior, BA-finished interior and pickled and brushed TIG welds ensure hygiene and safety. The pallet base (1,150 x 1,200 mm) ensures compatibility with standard logistics systems. Customizable with fixed agitators and dissolvers, padded bands, insulation and sterilizable manway covers, the SBP Series is the benchmark solution for cageless stainless steel IBC tanks with pallet truck guides for the food and chemical industries. In addition to the standard models, we manufacture fully customizable and configurable stainless steel tanks according to the customer’s specific requirements.
Main features
Capacity: Available in capacities from 500 to 2,000 litres.
Top section: 400 mm diameter manway with quick-release lever closure and PVC vent valve (standard).
Structure:
- Guides for pallet trucks or forklifts (stainless steel available on request)
- The standard pallet base (1,150 x 1,200 mm) is compatible with industrial logistics systems.
Fondo:
- Formed sump in the bottom for complete draining.
Finishes:
- Satin-finished exterior and BA-finished interior.
- Discharge valve positioned centrally on one side of the base, with DN 50 flange.
- Pickled and brushed TIG welds ensure hygiene and safety.
