Stainless Steel Palletized IBC Containers.

The PCA INCON series is a range of palletized IBC containers made of AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316 available on request).

The palletized tanks in the PCA series are designed for the storage, mixing and internal transport (within the industrial plant) of liquids in the food, chemical and cosmetic industries.

Main features

Capacity: Available in capacities from 470 to 1,920 litres.

Top section: Open top for internal handling.

Structure:

- Protective galvanized steel cage (stainless steel available on request).

- Guides for forklifts or pallet trucks.

- Forklift guides.

- The standard pallet base (1,135 x 1,135 mm) is compatible with industrial logistics systems.

Bottom: Formed at the bottom for complete draining.

Finishes:

- Satin-finished exterior and BA-finished interior.

- Drain valve centrally located in the base, with DN 50 flange.

- Pickled and brushed TIG welds ensure hygiene and safety.

Materials and technical details:

- AISI 304, AISI 316 (optional)

- Thickness 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm (optional)

- TIG welding, pickled and brushed
